Terri Jo has been singing professionally since childhood. She released her first record (with her two sisters) when she was just 14-years-old. She is a songwriting competition winner and her music has been featured on radio programs across the country and in Canada. Terri Jo's song, Six Little Angels, was chosen to be included on a special Holiday program produced for National Public Radio and her song, While I Drive, was played on the popular NPR show, Car Talk.
Terri Jo moved to Colorado in 2009, where she immersed herself in the jazz music scene and opened a lesson studio where she works with young piano, guitar, and voice students. She regularly performs as a folk, blues, and jazz soloist with several different jazz groups in Colorado including the Park Hill Brass Band. Her new CD, From This Moment was released in 2016 with funding from Pathways To Jazz. She chose songs with lyrical content that express joy and gratitude for where she has come in life.
