Matthew Fuller

Guitarist Matt Fuller is an active performer, composer and educator. He spent three years living in New York City where he formed the Sympatico Trio with fellow guitarist Dave Miller and drummer Jeff Davis. The trio will record Matt's new music, which documents his experiences living in New York. He is honored to receive a Pathways to Jazz grant award to help make this recording possible. The album will be the follow up to Matt's debut release Waiting for Violet (2014) which features trumpeter Ron Miles. Matt and his family recently relocated back to his home state of Colorado where he leads the Matt Fuller Group, freelances, and teaches jazz guitar at Denver Metro State University.
